Project Commencement

By engaging with MaraTech or its subsidiaries, you agree that project work begins only after the initial deposit is confirmed and the project brief is signed.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the ownership of the final design/code is transferred to the client. MaraTech Group retains the right to display the project in its portfolio unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.
